Also it is not as good as the Souls games.
The massively inferior combat mechanics see to that.

Did anyone give a toss about the story? I can't remember which one I tried to kop off with. Possiblt the red head, but think I ended up with the stuck up one?
Either way. Always, skip video game stories. Or use the time to vaguely pay attention whilst scrolling the internet.

It is however substantially inferior to Souls combat. In the same way Amipal just isn't as good at photography as Simian is. Doesn't mean Amipal is a terrible photographer, just that nothing has been definitively photographed until simian has photographed it. |

As for the rape acquittal, it's the same as with any acquittal. You could be acquitted of murder due to lack of evidence, which makes you innocent in the eyes of the law. A jury doesn't have to prove that you didn't do it. However, people might treat you differently and give you a wide berth, or they might not, depending on what they believe happened.
Rape isn't some kind of illegal version of consensual sex, it's an assault. Otherwise, what Shenguin and Felice said.
As for games, I had just enough time last night to clear out the Tomb of the Imperator in Octpus Travel Advice, a game that has its fair share of rapists.
I was recently reminded by a Guru Larry video of the opinionated former Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi's quote that "JRPGs are for depressed gamers who like to sit in a dark room and play slow games". I'm only depressed when I think about things like Brexit or Trump, and I always have a table light on next to my screen. #notallJRPGs

It's a clever PR move, albeit a late one. Currently Microsoft only let you play online with a Gold subscription whereas Nintendo and Sony let you play free games without any kind of subscription. Now the internet is already moaning at Microsoft to allow free play without Gold, which I guarantee you they won't do but will repeatedly face criticism for. Microsoft really messed up with the Xbox One release by overpricing it and forcing Kinect on the user, plus it was under powered compared to the PS4. I think the free access issue will be their downfall next generation. |

I don't know exactly how the Sony structure works but I do know they do not charge for free games like Fortnite. |

So FFXIV had controller support on the PS? I played on PC and had to use xpadder to map the keys to an xbox controller because I'm rubbish at keyboard and mouse when you have to move around and use abilities on the fly |
