The chap on the far right looks like Michael Stipe in the video for Man on the Moon.
Morning all. The words "dreary" and "dismal" were invented for days like today. Horrible out.
More Great News last night, followed by grabbing the November PS+ games, and then some Red Letter Media on Star Trek Generations. I also failed to re-waterproof my jacket, mainly because the tumble dryer part of our washing machine doesn't appear to work anymore.

Morning,
Been to the child's music class to see what they've been up to. I'd say a lot of parents are wasting their money.
Games. Bit of GTA and Swindle. Swindle would be ideal for the switch. It was out on Wii U.
Fillums. Crazy Rich Asians as Mrs Crank wished to see it. I drank Elvis juice.
About to make soup. Faceless seems to have mostly taken the pin out my neck.

In an attempt to raise the tone, a literary quote for the morning:

MrTiddles Alcopops for middle age men. So. Six months free apple Music. I'll give that a go. Oh. You can't send to Chromecast Audio. Arseholes. So is it: a) Google charge developers to use it and apple won't pay? b) Apple only have an Android app to slightly appease Android users & really want you in the apple ecosystem and would rather you bought a homepod thank you very much. c) Their engineers can't work out how to make it work? I'm guessing b)

Not that I want to make Amipal jealous, but I did waterproof my jacket last night!
It’s just one of those jackets that does one thing, be a jacket. Nothing fancy.

What other things are people's jackets doing?

Morning all,
My wife has just informed me that one of my jobs today is to retrieve the Christmas tree and tree decorations from the loft.
My younger daughter wants us all to watch Elf later. She's 23.
'Tis the season....

I too am getting 🌲 etc from the loft after lunch. The corner it's going in has the child's art & crafts stuff on a table with boxes underneath. Mrs Crank may well find out how lax the hoovering has been in that area. *Ahem*

In an attempt to raise the tone, a literary quote for the morning: Is it Twelfth Night? I think it's Twelfth Night. (Or is it Sinitta?) Morning all. My dishwasher is fixed, thank fuck. However, now I've run out of butter and the local shop is closed for a refit so I had dry toast for breakfast. Will these damned tribulations never end? I am a 21st-century Job.

Good morning fellow human beings and shenguin.
I am on a lads weekend in Nottingham, I am now more beer than human and it shows no signs of stopping. On my 3rd beer of the day already.
Going to see forest Vs Ipswich later (hopefully) the former drew 5-5 during the week, so I'm fully expecting a 0-0 shit fest.

I had been about to chip in how I’d swept the front path - for some reason the wind has blown all the leaves from the street onto mine and my neighbours paths.
