Cold, eh?
Last night I did another Survival round. Well, I did two, but the first one I died inside 5 minutes.
Once you get a decent gun, pulse and some warm clothes you stand a good chance of survival if you play smart. The hardest part is getting to an area that hasn't been looted and not losing track of shelter or fire barrels.
I ran in where a lad was fighting two elite guys. His mate had been taken down and he'd killed one of the elites and got the other to half health, but was hiding in the back of a shop. I looted his mate's corpse then came in behind the second elite and finished him off before taking the loot he dropped. Leaving the poor lad after what must have been a hard battle with absolutely nothing to show for it.
I felt kind of bad, but I've had the same thing happen to me.
At the extraction some knob arrived as my chopper was about to land and made another hunter spawn. I killed his hunter with two sniper rifle headshots to save the lad the trouble and get it done before anyone else turned up.

Games: Fallout 4. There is some free stuff in the Creation Club right now, horse power armor and some paint jobs.
Other: work. Rather than being able to take it easy on the run up to Christmas, my employers seem to want a prodigious amount of things done.

That survival round stuff sounds frustrating. It makes me think of my car delivery being blown up *just* before the delivery spot after fighting off half a dozen folk en route in GTA:O.

Last night. No games. Just my second job restocking a cocaine factory in Los Santos. Wee bit of racing as well.

No games last night. Started watching designated survivor. Really enjoyed it. Also watched the first of the new League of Gentlemen. I was in tears laughing at some bits of it.

He was particularly bad Thursday and Friday last week, but they have slowed down since then. He doesn't so much do the full motion now, mostly just the head bob without the final jaw action. We have to press a button on a machine when we see him do it and there's a fancy HD camera on him whilst he wears the machine. We'll hand it all back this afternoon and then see what the results show when the NHS get a chance to analyse them. |

It can go either way. Also you can opt to do it as PVP or PVE, so free for all but you can't kill each other, or free for all and you can kill each other. I've only done PVE as the PVP I think probably would be a nightmare. If you die quickly you can just find another game, but you get score progression as you go along. So even if you don't complete the extraction at the end you'll still get some decent rewards. |

My partner insisted on receiving a terrible Sega Megadrive 80 games in one console for xmas. I explained 40 odd of the games were terrible filler and it was not HDMI, but she insisted. Therefore I have had to fork out another £20 for a HDMI converter which has it's own power source. I bet the thing gets played once on xmas day and then never again.

At least then when she is bored of it you could made it into a 24/7 torrent box for all those Linux iso's and creative commons clip art files. I hope they get enough data from the sensors to make a diagnosis. |
