25ms 380mbps 27mbps, I'll try keeping this tab open all day, but I won't be 'here' most of the time - Nursey due today + games to play + tedious tasks I've found with AoW3 that if you play as GUEST - for which you get no achievements* and can't see if your friends** are online - there isn't the fucking 2 minute*** wait whilst GoG galaxy checks after every battle, every turn, after every global spell cast. You get the idea. From a month ago where there was as no perceptible pause, my beloved Golla was twiddling her thumbs ... *And the mindless Galaxy setup checks for them, even though I run the game with a massive stack of mods that disbar you from achievements which the fucking game don't have ANYWAY - screeeeam **And I have no friends, go on say it you bastards... ***I've timed it. I've revived Cerren the Black for the guest games

Morning,
Greetings from the People's Republic of {redacted} TV. No. Bit of a backlog building. Almost gamelike in its abundance.
Games. Bit of AmipalCrossing with the child during the day. Tried myself later for about ten minutes but was falling asleep.
Spent some time indexing and cleaning up metadata in a bunch of ebooks before I convert them for Mrs C's kindle.
Quite tired at the moment. Not drinking enough coffee and the child waking at 6. Wish I'd brought the aeropress home from work. Having to move the coffee machine every time I want to use it due to socket issues.
MrsC off to Asda to get a click n collect for her parents. Should have been a home delivery. There were delivery slots available when they ordered. I'm quite fucking angry about it. They both are computer literate and used them when working, have iPads etc.
But not as angry as seeing that prick Boris clapping the NHS. It doesn't need saying but what a narcissistic hypocrite buffoon. But hey. Let's all vote Tory at the next election coz the economy is fucked and they're the party of business.
TL:DR Aaaaaggggghhhhhhh!

Fascinating. The trend is on the up, it seems. Love how there's a CoD update note in there.

Morning all.
It appears our network is struggling with the volume of VPN connections required, so those who are deemed non-essential to the running of our department have been told to log on for half an hour in the morning and afternoon. Guess who has two thumbs, is essential, and speaks limited French? This moi.
Gamesblog - got the hotel finished! Turns out lights need to be in the first two blocks of a building to be recognised... This has now unlocked the inhabitants having their own preferences for their dwellings. And so soon I shall be knocking-down vast swathes of previous building to sate Babs' thirst for a massive bedroom.
TVblog - Night Manager. Very impressed by Tom Holland's performance in this.
Amigablog - disassembled my keyboard, as two keys weren't functioning. Couldn't see anything out of the ordinary on the matrix, so put it all back together. And now they all function correctly. No idea...

My wife, whom I love dearly, placed a fucking stone statuette in front of our wifi router sometime last night. Now, I'm a reasonable man (as you know)..

Morning all, up early today as I had a work thing at 10. The cheek.
Games - animal crossing. It’s top banana. Does feel like they are handing out the happenings a bit faster than usual in this one, but I could be wrong. Bought some rugs.
Books - Reading that Matthias Ennard. TB.

I got an email from Steve Clarke today telling me not to leave my house. What next, Alex McLeish texting me to tell me to check my mirror before signalling? Barry Ferguson chucking a brick through my window with a note saying that lettuce is better for me than chocolate? I already fucking know that, Barry you prick
Rolling
I love Barry. That clip round the ear of Koscielny when Obafemi scored the winner a Wembley. A touching moment. Just to say 'you've fucked it son'. Apart from that he was brilliant. One of the few players we've ever had that consistently passed it to a teammate. Obviously as he was passing to a Blues player we then lost the ball, but it was nice to see.
Also with Barry it will be a note in an empty bottle, not a brick.

Broadband stats - 67 down, 96 latency, 18 up.
That latency probably explains why I keep losing in the gulag in COD.

Nine Inch Nails have released two instrumental albums Ghosts V& VI for free.
Which is nice of Trent.
I am having difficulty downloading them though, which is not so good.

Pyjakson would no doubt agree with you about Bazza, Sheep2. He was a good player, but I never got the hype - some of the pundits up here (presumably his mates) still try to shoehorn him into all-time top 10s and the like. I mainly saw him playing for Scotland, where he would stop the ball, turn, shout, point, turn again, point again, eventually pass the ball. Always slowing the game down for the sake of this performance.

Fascinating. The trend is on the up, it seems. Love how there's a CoD update note in there. Gaming is one of the great unknowns regards unusual internet behaviour. There were some seriously sweaty palms in Ops when the new season release of Fortnite was due. Plans were in place in case the whole network went down... and with good reason....

Hello. 44 and 9, 24 ms lag. LAG! You LAGGY FUCKER! Fucking HIT MARKERS!
Ahh, that takes me back, a simpler time.
BDT! Mais oui! Next week: health kick!
OTTM: I’m working my way through the Tiamat back catalogue, having forgotten about them for bloody ages until they came up on a playlist. Prey and Wildhoney are great, if you like miserable Swedish nerd goth rock. Still jollier than NIN.

Now with no commute there is less chance to stop for booze. Stock piling here we come, is booze from Amazon a valid use of delivery drivers? Company is essential, site is open and everyone told to work from home. Now waiting to be told if I had enough contact with a suspected case to need to be self isolating, which is basically what has been happening anyway. Lots of random office based tasks are being pulled from the lists of 'ooh that sounds useful if we ever get time' when labs are now all shut.

Had an email from a work colleague who's home address is a 'Glasgow City Free Church' one. I'm guessing that has a pron filter already installed.
