Looks like Andrew Rosindell is the latest naughty Tory. Never heard of him, quick Google suggests he's standard Thatcherite scum. Hope justice prevails.

Mohammed bin Salman
The house of Saud being involved with Nintendo is just peak 2020s material. A country that's bombing one of its neighbours back to the stone age and Kirby, name a more iconic duo.

It's Wednesday. A work of true beauty for the ages. I expect you'll be hearing from the Louvre* in short order. *confirming your lifetime ban for what you did in their lav.

Won at Tzolkin. Went full mask off and let the boardgame monster loose, I've been letting the guys off easy for too long, it was time to put them back in their place. By the time one of my opponents cottoned on to how I was playing it was too late, I was ahead on all the temple tracks and had snagged 4 crystal skull places, including the two highest scoring ones. Won by a decent margin. Not sure what we're playing next week, but I'll probably put the monster back in his box.

The social strata is often most important to those on the edge of it. If you are comfortable with and confident of your position you can pretend it doesn't matter as you bully everyone and break their egos. I am what one would call a "passing" nerd. From the outside, no one can tell and I can swan about as if I was an entirely normal person, holding normal boring conversations about the humdrum matters of day to day life. Weather and bins and whatever shite tv everyone is watching right now* and such. What was Wenger thinking putting Walcott on that early? I'm putting the effort in, I've got non gaming friends, Ive wangled myself a job where I have to pretend to know what I'm doing, I've got a wife who is real and everything. But what I'm really dying to talk to them about is my 66% boardgame win ratio and what strategy I'm going to use playing Tzolkin tonight. It's not that I'm ashamed of being a nerd, far from it, I just can't be bothered explaing it to people. The way some folk react to my hobby that isn't hurting anyone is just ridiculous. You'd think I was admitting to being a sex trafficker the way they react sometimes. It's becoming more mainstream, which is good**. Well. That's a big wall of text attempting to justify why I bully the neckbeards. *I am absolutely winging that last one, usually based on whatever opinions ive heard last from other people in passing. ** gaming, not sex trafficking as far as I know. Baby might be able to enlighten us on that front, the dirty get.

Hi
I've been buying more D&D books, which is a shame because there's no one* to play with round here. I like reading them though.
More bikes printing, another 3 failed for some reason, haven't figured out what's going on there yet.
I have achieved nothing today, I have essentially existed and no more. That was my contribution to society today, I used up precious resources and fed nothing back into the system, no better than a parasite. I'm thinking of becoming a Tory MP.
*well, there is, but they're not normal. I know that's rich coming from me, but even within the nation of nerdlam there is social strata.

See, Melvazord (a scientologist) knows. Tonight IS bin night. I tried to get into Sea Org, but I got confused and clambered into a Sea Bin by mistake. I spent 3 months floating in a marina, thinking I was being abducted by Xenu, before a low flying seagull tipped me into the water and I washed up somewhere near Aberdeen pleasure beach amusment park. Even soaking wet, concussed and stinking of marina rubbish, the roller coaster was a disappointment.

I’ve no idea when our bin night is. Or bin day for that matter. 2032: Bin Night. With recycling becoming an ever greater social responsibility, those who could not, or would not, follow the rules and not put mixed plastics in their recycling bin became outcasts. These shunned men and women, high on Low-density polyethylene fumes, roamed the lands, preying on those who would dare to leave their bins out past the alloted hour. The year is 2032, one man has decided enough is enough. Armed only with his trusty metal straw and righteous indignation for those who would leave bottle tops on when it's pretty clear from the councils instructions that actually they can't be recycled and should go in the black bin separately and actually you should wash out your jars before putting then in the bin because food contamination is a big problem when recycling, he has decided to reclaim the night. For tonight is....BIN NIGHT.

Hi
The latest Stellaris update fucked with the game mechanics so much it rendered my latest playthrough into a total disaster of hundreds of unemployed pops, my alloy production at negative 150, and generally messed it up so badly it was unsalvageable. Time to start again, what a chore, I never abandoned games of Stellaris part way through and just start over...cough.
Had the day off, did some garden stuff, printed some bits, had a mild weepy breakdown. You know, standard stuff.

Sorry, just catching up from the day after my return from Brands. It took 4 hours to get home when it should have taken under 2 thanks to M25 and M1 fuckwittery and I'm tired and cranky. So fuck you and the horse you rode in on then crashed on the M1.

From Russia With Love 1. Sylvia Trench is back, like some casual f*** piece for our boy Bond. Still looking great for a bit of fun in the boat with Bond 8/10. 2. Tatiana Romanova is the main romantic interest. A solid Russian blonde 9/10. "Casual fuck piece" Baby there, taking a sizeable chunk out of the progress in 21st century male-female relations in one single, terrible phrase. "Solid Russian blonde" Bo-Jo?

Melvazord your how many kradschützen in 1000g comment now makes sense. Are you using pla? We got a new printer in work that does a neater job faster than the cel rebox one we've had a while. Not had a chance to get near it yet though. Though my colleague printed a Dino head that was pretty good. You can do the whole skeleton if you've a spare Resin, Elgoo Mars 2. Fag packet calculation suggests one could probably print about 250 kradschützen from one 1000g bottle of resin.

Morning Me and old man Zord are going to Brands Hatch to the Touring Cars tomorrow. If you're watching it on the telly we're in one of the executive boxes because I'm kind of a big deal (and it's old man Zords 70th, so I'm treating the daft old bastard) The model printing obsession continues with a Panzer 1 and some kradschützen.

I'm up. It's the child's birthday and she's just not long jumped and down on our bed. Tbf she woke at 5.45 and didn't come through then. I've got 5 other wee girls to be in charge of in a shopping centre for two hrs from 4pm. What could possibly go wrong? Where's melvazord and big science with their cloning tech when you need them? I'm more on the pharmaceutical end of things. I can probably provide something that will send them into a chemical stupor if you like? Or you, either way.

Actually *pushes up glasses* this is a Winter War joke. (Or rather, more specifically than WW2. I just wanted to be a pedant.) Btw, the first version I ever heard of that joke had English instead of Russians and Irish instead of Finns. Double actually, since it doesn't state a year in which this joke was fought, it could in fact be part of the continuation war, which the Soviets considered to be a front in the great patriotic war that was WW2 and which ended with Soviet troops within Finnish borders, but still getting their faces pushed in by Moomins.
