Chatterbox Wednesday

So Facebook have a business manager app. If you're a big cheese and run a FB page you can use it to post/reply to customer messages etc. It's obviously been written by folk who've never used it for it's intended purpose. My colleague sent a reply about something to a customer. We've had two other messages about the same thing tonight. I'd quite like to copy & paste what she's replied and send it to them. Except the fucking app won't let me.

I can add a smiley or a love heart or some other bollocks. Can I copy it? Can I fuck. How is that cunting robot a Billionaire? Aaaaagghhhhhhh.
