Hello I have been playing Evoland Legendary Edition on my laptop with an XBox 360 controller. It is frustrating, but fun. I haven't yet worked out whether I need to unlock further save points through gameplay or whether I'm missing something obvious. (There appears to be six or so save slots but everytime I come to a save point it overwrites slot 1). Oh well. Onwards and upwards. |

I started my efforts to get my second PC prepped far too late, but stuff it - a lie in until 9 a.m. given getting to sleep at 2 a.m. broken by sundry tablet and other clarion calls is hardly luxurious? The 2.6Tb of data backup to external HDD finished whilst I was having a very late evening meal - 10h ffs. I am going to try and sleep shortly ... lazybones imgur is handy for parking images, but browsing through the midden looking for shiny bits is wearisome. It might be one of those games with a continuous save system to stop you save scumming. So one slot per active game. |

Either that or you just need to press up or down to select a different slot. You don't get an option. You step on the save point and it tells you the game has saved. When I inevitably die and select continue from the menu page there are numerous slots, but only one saved game. The game essentially sets out to chart the evolution of gaming. At the beginning you have a monochrome screen and can only scroll right. As you open chests you gradually unlock new graphics, new technologies and new gameplay until reaching the HD age and a three-dimensional world. My thinking is that perhaps I have not progressed far enough to unlock multiple save points. |
