Just watched the marathon runners leg it rond the gold paved street of Birmingham. Spotted a couple of likely lads cheering them on by waving a Blues flag. Anyone we know? Now watching swimming.

Hello. Yesterday was a beautiful day and we all (Me, Pm, child, in-laws, PM's sis & husband & daughter) went to Millport - which is the biggest town on an island off Largs in Ayrshire. Followed by ice-cream in Nardinis in Largs. Was a great day. I'd never been inside Nardinis before only ever had a cone outside.   |

No we had a few the last two weeks. Pissing down today but still warm.
