Afternoon wasp fans! I've killed 3 this afternoon in the kitchen. And found their nest. It's underneath the lead that covers the porch awning/canopy type thing. A call to the insurance company tomorrow. Last time some lad came round sprayed some sort of talc looking powder in and around where they were coming from. We were told to shut all the windows for a few hours until they calmed down. They were gone within a day or so I think. Foodblog: Yesterdays soup was polished off for lunch. Everyone enjoyed. Will make again. Food blog 2: To satisfy my meat hankering I picked up some stewing beef and this is currently simmering on the hob with shrooms, carrots, onions, beef stock cube, red wine and Worcestershire sauce. Foodblog 3: to use up 4 very ripe and brown bananas, I've also got a banana loaf cake in the oven. What bothers me, about the women’s football, is that it’s another generation lost to the blight of football hooliganism.
I was walking from Euston earlier. And on the way three girls passed me: England T-Shirts on, ‘Lioness’ St. George masks. They were laughing and chatting, but clearly looking for trouble.

Is it free entry with NT membership? Have seen it a few times on the year in ke2 tv show from c5. Not sure if still the same but everyone was charged for parking. A lot of NT members boycotted visiting because of this. My self included. Yeah, they still charge for parking. We’d visit more often if they didn’t. Saying that, they’re replacing the barriers at the moment, so it’s a £3.50 flat rate for the day. A bargain. |
