I'm glad its all done. Not good. Not good at all. Better off out of it. We are definitely in a worse position after 11pm yesterday. And things were getting worse. I don't like the transfer window at all. I genuinely do not see the advantages over the old system
I expect we'll just manage to stay up.

Sorry for those waking up to a brand new Britain but:
Richard Ayoade is the brother in law of Laurence Fox.
Apologies to those who already knew this.

Morning. I’m at work. I’m not sure why. Have you worked out that it's easier staying there than commuting each day?

Paid overtime? Shenguin Reece-Mogg will not approve.
Hello! I appreciate that when you're not used to being on TV and a camera is shoved in your face it's easy to freeze. But fuck me the leavers I've seen from news footage on twitter.
"We're getting out infrastructure back..."
Sure thing bud.

TV. Stewart Copeland Adventures in Music.
Games. Apex on the lappy. No kills, no wins. Couple of top 3's.
Horrid out today in Glasgow. Wet n wild.
Need to do some external hard drive jiggery pokery. Want to take some games off the PS4 on to a drive that I've not played really - but are huge downloads.

Unpleasant bastards, you'd have to be a muppet to believe things will be better I don't know where I stand. My gut thoughts are fuck em all. But.. If your only source of information is from the Daily Mail, Express, Sun etc and you're constantly being told it's the best thing AND you believe newspapers tell the truth then why wouldn't you think that. They're being played but they don't know it. But then again, I refer you to my gut instinct.

Unpleasant bastards, you'd have to be a muppet to believe things will be better ... I was once interviewed by BBC News South West as I was sauntering down to the dole office a few years ago. Interviewer: Have you lived here for over 5 years? Tids: Yup Interviewer: Can we ask you some questions on camera, for BBC News. Tids: Err... OK Interviewer: What do you think of the parking charges in this area? I didn't freeze, but c'mon guys, brief me about the question first. Don't just start the camera rolling with a random question about parking which I couldn't give a toss about. It is, however, quite something to see yourself on the news.

The transfer window stayed open till midnight in Scotland, to give our clubs a head start on negotiating free trade deals with the rest of the world. We got a Venezuelan, a nice change to the usual procession of fat Irishmen with deep psychological problems and no knee ligaments. Viva Brexit!

Oh ghods there's two of them now... crankcaller Of course you're right, but I read across the political divide and, a bit like a salary negotiation both sides more or extremely overstate the case. The BBC, in its efforts to appeal more to the younger deciles appears to be selecting its content to appeal, rather than inform. If my own judgment can be trusted BBC's World Service is much less parochial than any other branches of the beeb, although some pruning is about to happen ... it's rumoured that the Victoria Derbyshire show is to be axed. I will shed no tears if all of the vox pops are cast into the void. The same ignorant munters who cherry pick items out of the news get to broadcast their idiocy to others of their ilk. The enormous vacuum in informed and balanced reporting is exactly what allows demogogues to rise to power. The nation deserves BoJo, simply because it delegates its thinking... Unfortunately the olive is now running the country.

Why did he have to say that? I love olives.
Although the reincarnation bit is probably a good idea, he should give it a spin sometimes.

Hullo. First things first: Pyjakson , latest Pokedex count is 248 caught, 303 spotted, but I had only just acquired the last gym badge with all the opportunities that arise from there. However, I'm currently giving poking them mons a rest in favour of recruiting Dragon Quest mons as I've returned to Dragon Quest Builders 2. I played DQB2 last night to take my mind off things and if there were any neighbours who were marking the event with fireworks then I missed it due to having earphones on at the time. When I left the game months ago I had completely forgotten that I had unlocked another island that I didn't visit until yesterday. Turns out that it's the one that gives you unlimited resources of the building material that I had been mining frantically. Still, was fun and released stress. I should have known that something was amiss as I was still missing two types of crops and one type of animal. This island has tons of other useful resources, but I cut my visit short after recruiting a certain monster as I wanted to save and shut off the game, which isn't possible when you are on one of the explorers islands. For dinner last night I opened the last tin of Labskaus I brought from Germany and had it with fried eggs, gherkins and German beer. It wasn't meant to be a comment on current events but it turned out to be a fitting meal for the occasion. I also cheered myself up through retail therapy, the only way I know how - I bought Not Tonight: Take Back Control Edition, which was released yesterday in a timely manner so that we can learn to manage our new dystopian reality. It sounds as if it takes a lot of inspiration from Papers, Please which is no bad thing. I also bought West of Loathing which had been on my wishlist for some time.
